This modern apartment is situated beside Seaton beach and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Sand Bar is a seaside ground floor apartment in the coastal village of Seaton overlooking the beach with sea views, close to the resort of Looe. The apartment sleeps two people and has one double bedroom as well as bathroom with bath and shower over. There is an open-plan living area with comfortable seating, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a patio with furniture for alfresco dining and there is also a shared lawned garden with flowers and borders. There is off road parking for 1 car within the grounds, just a short walk from the property. Sand Bar apartment is suitable for couples.
Amenities: Oil fired central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, communal laundry, WiFi. Fuel and power inc, in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. There is allocated parking for 1 car and barbecue area. Patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £20 each per week. No smoking. Cafe and pub 5 mins walk.

The picturesque working harbours at Looe and Polperro are within an easy driving distance away
