This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental condo in Seaside is located in a quiet gated community, only 3 blocks from the beach. The modern, well-decorated condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests and provides a relaxing environment for friends, families, or couples. Spend your mornings on the balcony overlooking the river, before exploring the area by foot or bike. The condo is in the perfect location to enjoy all of the great attractions in Seaside!

Wake up each morning and step outside onto the balcony, where you can bird watch or admire the locals search for crabs in the river. The balcony is also the ideal place to unwind each evening as you watch sunsets with a cold drink in your hand.

The spacious living room features stylish, high-end decor, a beautiful gas fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen cable TV with a Roku streaming device. Relax and read in the sitting area or cozy up on the sectional sofa and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen cable TV. You may also use the wireless internet access to surf the web or get some work done during your vacation.

If you managed to catch any crabs on the river, boil them in the fully equipped kitchen! Its adorned with stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and granite countertops.

When you’re ready to retire for the evening, lay your head on either of the comfortable queen beds in the condo. The master bedroom features beautiful furniture, an en suite bathroom, a huge walk-in closet, and access to the balcony, leaving nothing to be desired.

Children and animal lovers can spend a whole day feeding the seals at the Seaside Aquarium, which is located less than 1 mile from the condo. There is also plenty of wildlife to be found in the forest, on the beach, and on the riverbank.

Located only 5 minutes from where the tide meets the stream, you and your travel companions can spend countless hours casting lines into the water and hooking fish.

Rent a pedal surrey and ride around the town on 4 wheels! The peaceful area is easy to explore by foot or by bike. Take a hike along the Tillamook Head Trail to experience the beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
