1 Weatherley Street has been recently renovated and is located just a few streets away from the traditional harbour in Seahouses. This cottage offers luxury self-catering accommodation for up to four guests, so is ideal for families or small groups of friends.

Downstairs, there is a lovely open plan living, dining and kitchen area which has all been finished to a very high standard with a range of excellent facilities.

You can enjoy meals together in the kitchen and dining area which is also a great space for entertaining, then you can relax through in the lounge after an exciting day of exploring Northumberland on two comfortable sofas in front of a cosy wood burning stove. The cottage benefits from a SMART TV and free Wi-Fi.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom – both of which have high quality linen, wall mounted TVs and are very comfortable. There is also an additional Shower Room with WC upstairs.

1 Weatherley Street is a luxury cottage and also an excellent base for exploring Northumberland and even on those odd rainy days, there’s still plenty to keep everyone entertained including a full size tennis table and dart board in the garage.

Bed linen, towels, heating, electric and hot water is included with the price.

Parking: Is in the garage.

When visiting Seahouses you are sure to find a range of shops, coffee houses, restaurants and pubs. In addition, there are also the popular boat trips to the Farne Islands, some excellent fish and chip shops and a golf course to suite all abilities.

Beadnell is nearby and is just a 5 minute drive away, it is often known as the quieter cousin of Seahouses and has a popular horse shoe shaped bay which is just stunning all year round! Here you can also find a range of water sports available within the summer months!

Another popular and historic coastal village, just a short drive from Seahouses is Bamburgh, where tourists from across the world visit the iconic Castle. A visit to Bamburgh would not be complete without a visit to The Copper Kettle Tearooms , a renowned butchers selling famous Bamburgh Bangers, the excellent beach which popular with surfers and kite flyers and finally, The Grace Darling RNLI Museum.

The magical Holy Island of Lindisfarne is just over a half an hour drive away and is accessible at low tide (check the crossing times before you visit).

Further inland Northumberland still has plenty to offer its visitors. Alnwick is famous for its Castle where Harry Potter was filmed, The Alnwick Gardens are a great day out for the whole family, Chillingham Castle is brimming with ghostly tales and of course, the Cheviot Hills offer some of the most amazing walking opportunities!

Rear door leads to rear yard and entrance to garage.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1 - With double bed, 'Gentleman's' style wardrobe with drawer space and bedside tables and lamps. Flat screen, wall-mounted SMART TV.

En-suite Bathroom - with bath and electric shower over, wash basin with mirror over, WC and heated towel rail.

Bathroom 2 - Twin beds with bedside drawer and lamp, small wardrobe with some drawer space and wall mounted flat screen TV.

Shower Room - Cubicle shower with double headed electric shower, wash basin with mirror over, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside:

Garage - to the front of the cottage there is a long garage with laundry facilities to the rear which include a washing machine, stone sink and large floor drain -ideal for washing surfing equipment and dogs! There is a dart board and table tennis table with bats and balls. There is also room for one car to the front of the garage.

Parking - Is in the garage or for a small car, across the front of the garage. The parking area on the lane in front of the house is shared with a neighbour, so parking in the garage or across the front makes is easier for everyone.
