“excellent”

Reviewed 30 May 2012

Arrived on the 12th may for 3 nights with my 85 yr old mother. the house is lovely and cosy you want for nothing, big bathroom lovely bedrooms and spotlessly clean. there was even a flask there that came in very handy as there was a letter saying the electric was going off the day after we arrived from 9-12, so i filled the flask for my mother, but we were lucky it did not go off. the only downside was we were unable to gain access till 4.50 as the security box was stuck fast and i was unable to get the key, owners were very apologetic but got the caretakers who had to take the security box off the wall. but after that we had a lovely time and throughly reccomend this cosy house.

“Excellent Base for Northumberland Coast”

Reviewed 4 Jan 2012

The property was cosy, warm and had everything one needed. The beds were cosy and comfortable. Seahouses is an excellent base for touring the coast and visiting Alnwick. 2 teenage boys were occupied with town and beach life. Lots of places to eat without taking the car, and a wonderful bus service along the coast, just a few hundred yards from house.
