Scauri is part of the Gulf of Gaeta, one of the most beautiful in Italy. Has an ideal climate for a perfect holiday and, thanks to its strategic location offers the opportunity to play many tourism activities in all periods of the year. The location is surrounded by nature, so you can make long walks and surrounded by greenery. However, the waterfront city is only 1 away. Take her 5 Km is really nice because you can scrutinize the sky diving in the clear blue sea, with the gentle breeze that caresses the face. Very impressive is the beach of Pebbles, a small stretch of protected coastline, numerous Theatre location of international films including ' The count of Monte Cristo '.

A few minutes drive you can reach the Archaeological Area of Minturnae, a casket which contains the archaeological remains of the Roman Empire; Here, in particular, is perfectly preserved ancient theatre which, during the summer, offers interesting plays.

The city of Scauri is the starting point of many excursions outside. Only 15/20 Miles there is Suio, for example, characterized by the presence of a wide thermal area where various springs with temperature rise from 0° to 60° and whose waters are classified as the first in Italy and the third in Europe for the presence of iodine.

Just 7 Km there is the port of Formia, from where you can catch ferries or hydrofoils for the islands of Ponza, Ventotene and Ischia (pearls of Sud Pontino).

The beautiful beaches of Gaeta and Sperlonga is within 10-15 miles away, as well as the characteristic peak of Redeemer of Formia, which, at 1300 meters high, the great cities of Rome and Naples can be reached safely by travelling for an hour on the Trenitalia train line.

The Amalfi coast is about 120 miles, the Parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo, Lazio e Molise is about 100 km. Zoo Marine water park with its stunning performances or the amusement park RainBow MagicLand or the new theme park Cinecittà World are instead of 1 hour and a half by car.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
