This lovely apartment is a typical beach house, where every environment brings to the colors and scents of the Mediterranean Sea. It is composed of a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a bright double room with double bed, a large bedroom with twin beds, a living room where you can spend hours and relax and where you can add two extra beds and a beautiful bathroom with bath / shower.Its furnishings are very fresh and refined, and is completed with two large balconies where you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun and its beautiful summer nights.The apartment is on the first floor of a building surrounded by a large green garden and its location make it possible to easily walk to both the sea and only 250 meters, and all kinds of daily necessities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants , pizzerias, etc. ...

RESTAURANT "L 'ANFORA" THAT IS ONLY 30 METERS, IT OFFERS TO OUR GUESTS DISH MEALS OF REAL ITALIAN CUISINE AT SPECIAL PRICES.

Nearby you can admire the natural beauty of the Blue Grotto, the Pebble Beach of the beautiful coastline. Then there are archaeological beauties such as the Villa Marco Emilio Scauro, the Megalithic Walls, the marina and the Roman amphitheater. The nearby village of Minturno is a typical example of a medieval town with a castle and narrow streets and features, known tourist destinations near are Gaeta, Sperlonga...and all countries along the Gulf of Gaeta. All these places are very close and can be visited either on foot or by bus, which stops just around the corner, the 'island of Ponza, Ventotene and Amalfi Coast can be reached by ferry station which is located in Formia, a city adjacent to Scauri. Scauri is placed between two wonderful cities like Rome and Naples, this makes it an ideal place to live their art and culture in one day. Ideal for visiting the Royal Palace and the important excavations of Pompeii and Herculaneum, these places are all accessible an hour by train by train, the train station is right in Scauri.

How do damage deposits work?

If Stefania (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
