This marvellous detached house is set back off the main road in Scarborough in walking distance to the beach and can sleep 14 people in seven bedrooms.Green Tor is a beautifully presented detached house in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. Boasting seven wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms, the property can host 14 people. There is a kitchen, a formal dining room and two sitting rooms; one with a woodburner, the other with an electric stove. There is also a games room, a cinema room and to the outside is ample parking and an enclosed garden with a hot tub. Green Tor is a very impressive property finished to a high standard, offering you and your family an enjoyable trip to Yorkshire .

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner, gas fire and electric fire. Gas aga (winter months only), range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi, games room with table tennis, snooker table, films. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair. Travel cot on request. Off road parking for 6 cars. Sheltered rear garden with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Note: Dogs only allowed on the ground floor. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub, beach 2 mins walk. No hen/stag or similar. Please note; £20 pet supplement payable.

Town: The seaside town of Scarborough retains many of its original buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its castle which overlooks the town. North Bay and South Bay provide two stretches of beaches, popular with families and small children. There are a number of child friendly activities and many visitor attractions for grown-ups too, including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music. Scarborough is a great location for outdoor activities, with golf courses, coastal walks along the Cleveland Way, cycle routes such as the old railway to Whitby, sailing and championship surfing.
