Description

Easby Hall is in Scarborough set back from South Cliff by one road, it is very easily found on Montpellier Terrace opposite St Michaels Church.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has access from a shared lobby with only one other apartment.

The apartment is homely with a contemporary feel, the main living area is open plan being approximately 6m x 5 m with a large bay window, the floor is light hardwood planked with matching light contemporary doors, the lighting is all spots and wall lights for that evening romantic feel. the kitchen area again is light beach hardwood with dark work surfaces with spot lighting and under cupboard lights, there is an electric fan oven with grill and a ceramic light hob should you want to cook rather than visiting one of the many excellent local restaurants ! if you do cook then the integrated dishwasher will help with the chore of washing the pots in the stainless 11/2 sink with modern mixer.

The lounge area has a two / three seater setee which pulls out to make a good sized double bed, and a round backed contemporary chair, on the large thick rug is an oak coffee table with two draw's. and a 32" Toshiba T.V. with Xbox and a few games just in case.

The dining area has a large oak table with 4 leather high backed chairs, this main area has three electric radiator panels individually controlled for your comfort which are instantly on or off.

The bedroom has a steel framed bed with ironwork headboard and footboard, a 10" deep mattress and luxurious white / cream linen sheets and throw with a mix of deep soft and hard pillows and matching colour pillowcases with a splash of colour thrown in, there is a hand carved bedside table at each side of the bed with a personalised reading lamp, and also has main 4 bar spot with optional wall lighting for that romantic feel, the bedroom also has a large bay window with a built in window seat and two electric panel radiators for your comfort.

The Bathroom is a contemporary design with a bath and shower over, the tilling is mosaic around the bath / shower and sink with grey slate look tiling to the floor, a bath towel radiator to keep that all important towel warm and ready.

In the hall cupboard there is a washer dryer, and a Dyson vacuum cleaner should you be unfortunate enough to need one on your holidays.

There is a small table in the hall with the telephone and free WiFi router, we also supply a laptop in the lounge for your use whilst on holiday.
