Situated in an enviable position on the north bay cliff top area of Scarborough, is this large terraced property. It boasts breathtaking views from the top front windows over Scarborough bay and out to sea. It is a spacious, modern, property that has been refurbished to a high standard and can comfortably sleep up to eight people, making it a perfect stay for large families or two families sharing.

The property is has tasteful furnishings and decor throughout, especially in the high quality bathrooms. There are 4 bedrooms in total, two of the bedrooms have twin singles while the other two have sumptuous King size beds. All linen is provided including both beach and bathroom towel. The kitchen is well appointed with Miele appliances, and an American style Fridge / Freezer. There is a lovely private BBQ area at the rear of the property with a 5 burner gas BBQ (gas provided) and seating for 8 people. The property is set over 4 floors and as such is not suitable for people with limited mobility. 1 private car space is provided and scratch cards for onstreet parking for additional cars.

Ground Floor: Combined Kitchen / Dining area. Downstairs wetroom Shower Room / Toilet. Outdoor decked area with 8 person picnic table, Gas BBQ and Garden Switng.

First Floor: Sitting room, with 47 Inch TV, seating for 8 people. Bedroom 1, Twin Single Bedroom.

Second Floor: Master bedroom with King Size double bed, love seat and 32 inch TV Lovely views over North Bay. Bathoom # 2, Family bathroom with luxurious walk in shower, large double ended freestanding bath, toilet, dual sinks LED lighting to illuminate during the nights for convenience. Views from the bath over South Bay.

Third Floor: Bedroom 3, Twin singles, stunning views over South Bay. Bedroom 4, King Size Doulbe, stunning views over North Bay, chaise lounge. Bathroom 3, Toilet, Shower and double ended bath, LED lighting to illuminate overnight for convenience. Readign Room, small 2 person sofa, 32 inch freeview TV, stunning views over North Bay.

Hallway: low power LED lights in stairs for evenings. Automatic Emergency lighting in case of power cut / emergency.

The property has GAS / Electrical Certificates and is rated 4* by Visit England.

Cot and Highchair available at the property

A short stroll will bring you to numerous shops, pubs and really good restaurants. A 10 minute walk will take you into the heart of Scarborough where you can enjoy a taste of a true British holiday beside the sea, complete with miles of golden sands, well maintained amusement arcades, traditional gift shops and harbourside stalls selling locally made rock candy and fresh shellfish. Scarborough's harbour area and piers are where to head, for fishing trips and boat trips and to view the famous 1930s lighthouse. There are numerous activities in Scarborough for all ages including swimming, golfing, fishing, indoor go-karting, bowling and cinemas and lots more. Travelling slightly further, you can appreciate the beautiful North York Moor National Park areas and Dalby Forest is a great place to visit for outdoor enthusiasts, with some excellent pathways and cycle tracks and the famous Go Ape assault course that the kids will love.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Micah (the owner) a message.

If Micah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
