Suitable for letting for luxury holiday lets, small business corporate use, and lets to the entertainment sector for 3 nights or more, the property can be available throughout most of the Year, and we welcome longer let inquiries.

It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 of which have King Sized Beds, and 1 bunk bedroom.

A large very modern fully fitted kitchen with units and worktops to 2 sides, and a breakfast bar

The kitchen has a wide range of modern kitchen appliances

There is a beautiful shower room, plus a spacious luxury Bathroom with extra-large raised spa Bath

The archway leads to a further extremely spacious and beautifully furnished lounge area with 2 Sofas, side tables, dining table, additional seating, Large feature fireplace, Large screen TV

There is an extremely spacious decking area to the rear through the French doors, this is a wonderful space for entertaining outdoors, and it’s enclosed to 2 sides providing total privacy for your entertaining and private functions.

LUXURY BATHROOM

An extremely spacious and luxurious room with very large Raised Spa Bath with stepped area,

Hand wash basin with mirror above, WC unit, Bidet, and heated chrome towel rail.

This room has beautifully tiled walls and floor with natural pine wall boarding to both ends of the room and ceiling, with a large window which lets in lots of light.

There is a very large and private Decking patio area to the rear of the property which is enclosed and private, suitable to outdoor leisure, dining and entertaining

Why can't I call Callum (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Callum (the owner) a message.

If Callum (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
