Ratna Villa is a privately owned villa retreat, located in the village of Penestanan, just 5 minutes from central Ubud, and a scenic 80 minute drive from airport in Denpasar. You will experience a Balinese way of life while still enjoying many modern conveniences.

Penestanan’s main road is a leisurely 5 minute stroll away, and boasts fabulous restaurants, cafes including Alchemy,Ubud's No 1 raw food bar, & Kue regarded as one of Ubud’s best bakeries. Intuitive Flow Yoga studio is a 5 min walk, & many health & beauty spas all in walking distance. Ubud center is only 5 minutes away by car, where some of the best food, shopping and health spas in Bali are located. The famous Blanco Museum and other cultural attractions also nearby.

Villa is located in the south of Penestanan, a traditional and pretty village of artists and bead-workers on the western outskirts of Ubud- just a 5 min. ride to the center. The Villa lies at the end of a small side-road (unaccessible with car), so no traffic noises will reach you.

You do not need a car or bike to get to most places around town if you like to walk. The centre of Ubud is only 15-20 minutes walk from the villa.

Perfect for those coming on retreat or needing a quiet place to reflect. It feels super modern, secure, solid and dry. It is incredibly inspiring to relax here, reflect and be creative. An absolute GEM!

The villa has air-conditioning, bathrooms with shower, hot water. The overlooking sweeping views of rice fields, situated in the heart of Balinese nature. The grounds are professionally landscaped, with a swimming pool which is divided into a children's area also. High speed for Bali wireless internet connection 20 Mbit.

Wooden house bed is equipped with mosquito net

Whoever wishes to spend time in the pool or those who are tired from the heat.

You can go to the nearest restaurant or cafes; there are so many within a mere three-minute walk, or order breakfast with us.

Usually I rent out motorbikes much cheaper than others and you'll have parking for them.

I can make suggestions on things to do and see. I can arrange car transport/rental, motorbike rental, sightseeing, massages, bicycle rental, whatever you like.

We have a well-organized laundry even for anyone who suffer from allergies - I can provide washing without chemicals.

There is a part time housekeeper at the villa to look after you during your stay.

To reach my villa By car/bike to get to the streets Jl Raya Penestanan then to the "Coconut Restaurant" it is opposite the "Melati Cottages". And turn over here behind to "Coconut Restaurant" (in past "Roun Bar") continue the movement forward pass a poster "Ubud Garden Villa" but without the car forward to the "Ratna Laundry" where you will be meet.
