The rental "La Truffière" opens its doors in June 2018, entirely renovated in an old farmhouse. It is ideal to accommodate your family: 1 large living room of 80 m2 and upstairs 3 bedrooms (including 2 communicating rooms). In each room bathroom and wc, large garden and terrace ... In our cottage, you will find all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer .... Everything is new The building includes several independent rentals. Ideally located between Sarlat and Périgueux, near the Eyzies de Tayac, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, you can quickly access the most beautiful sites of the region: Vézère valley with its many caves (Lascaux), castles of the valley of the Dordogne (Beynac, Castelnaud) small typical villages (Saint-Leon sur Vézère, Saint-Génies, abbey of Saint Amand de Coly, Belvès ...) To lighten your car, we thought of all the necessary for young children: plastic tableware, high chair, cot + sleeping bag, stroller cane, bath, lounger, change mat, pot, barrier for the stairs (on request) ... For older children: board games, PS3, various games and books, DVD, common swing! During the restoration of the house, we tried to preserve the charm of the stones and the visible beams of the old family farm by combining it with a harmonious, neat and current decoration. In summer you will enjoy the coolness of the living room thanks to the thick stone walls. Very well exposed, the terrace is south. The garden overlooks a valley of greenery that will invite you to relax. You can also cook on the barbecue. Only the sound of birds can disturb the nap. Children can play safely in the walled garden. Your pets are welcome (to be specified when booking). Lovers of calm and nature will also enjoy beautiful walks in the forest less than 50m, and can be pick some porcini mushrooms or visit the truffle plantation and who knows how to attend the truffle picking with the dog of the father of the owner "JUST ". No pollution, no noise ... Winter: about 5 € / day extra for electric heating (specific meter open at your request). Ideally located, it is located in the heart of Black Périgord, 10kms from Les Eyzies the world capital of prehistory and at the gates of the Vézère Valley, LASCAUX and SARLAT ... Leaving the cottage and within a radius of 10km, you can visit the main sites that make the reputation of our beautiful region: THE EYZIES: National Museum and international pole of prehistory - Grand-Roc (concretion caves) - Font de Gaume (ornate cave) Athletes can canoe on our rivers, hiking or paragliding (Au Moustier) - Many castles (Commarque) or fortified villages (Madeleine). BUGUE: Aquarium - Gouffre de Proumeyssac - Village of Bournat (reconstitution of a village of the beginning of the century) or Jacquou Park (attractions, rides, swimming pool, toboggan) Many small authentic villages are also nearby: Rouffignac (Cave 100 Mammoths), Limeuil (swimming in the river), Tursac, Tamnies (lake) ...
