This is a newly created (summer 2013) letting, being a separate part of the owner's house with it's own entrance......oh - wait a minute.......

....STOP PRESS......we have just been awarded 3 Stars in a recent VisitWales. com accommodation inspection!

We hope that you'll agree that it is different - airy and light with lovely fittings and decor.......just the place to enjoy a short (or long) break by the seaside!

As you come in through the front door there is an entrance hall leading to a fully tiled shower room with luxury shower, wc and handbasin.

The larger main ground floor room (5.40m x just over 3m) contains the newly appointed kitchenette, bedroom and living space, and an attractive staircase which leads up to the mezzanine area. Here you'll find the television and a sofa (this room IS cozy, measuring 3m x 2.20m with limited headroom).

We are situated on the edge of the beautiful village of Saundersfoot, just over a mile's walk from the harbour - or a 100m walk away from the bus stop which provides a regular service to Saundersfoot, Tenby (3 miles), Narberth (7 miles) and Haverfordwest (17 miles).

The coastal path can be walked from Saundersfoot to either Amroth or Tenby (...and beyond if you're keen!) and provides fabulous views of the incredible coastline of the area. A day in the lovely and unique town of Tenby is never wasted!

This is a nice quiet setting with character - mezzanine floor, top quality fittings and simply a great centre to explore this beautiful part of south-west Wales. Ideal for two people - maybe two with a VERY little one if you bring your earplugs (no separate bedroom)!


We do accept well behaved dogs, but PLEASE NOTE:

1) A £10 Dog Fee is charged, this can be paid on arrival

2) Dogs not to be allowed on sofa or bed, nor left alone in the let

3) The shower is NOT to be used to shower your dog! (Yes, really!)

We would like to be advised of the dog beforehand too, please......and we also ask that the front garden is NOT used as a 'walking (..or anything else!) area'. You, however, are welcome to use this garden at any time!

We are just a mile and a half from the beautiful blue flag beaches of Saundersfoot and Coppet Hall. There is also a bus stop 200m from us!

My Wife and I had a great time for our first time holiday in South Wales. Our accommodation at “Suedois” in Saundersfoot was excellent, just what we needed, and our hosts Nicky and Drew were very welcoming and friendly. Will certainly return at some time.

We'd been to Saundersfoot a few years ago, so were pleased with the location of our holiday Annex. An easy 30 minute stroll to the Shops and the Beach. (And numerous Pubs). Local buses pass the door and can transport you also to Tenby, the lovely nearby Town. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and well kitted out with everything we needed for our Holiday. Ground floor consisted of a modern kitchen area, and also a double bed, with wardrobe and drawers. Also a small dining table and two chairs, although we ate our meals, in the upstairs area, which in the main consisted of a comfy sofa and TV. The shower room and toilet are also situated on the ground floor. We'd met up with the Owners on our arrival, (and on departure), and although they resided in the attached bungalow, we had no cause to contact them during our stay. We'd have no hesitation in rebooking if we return to the area. We had a super holiday.

My wife and I spent a couple of nights here. It’s a fantastic little home for a short break,offering all you need for your comfort and in a handy location. Friendly owners and the most immaculate self catering accommodation I have stayed in. Excellent!

Situated in a pleasant area. Within walking distance of the beautiful seaside town of Saundersfoot. The accomodation was cosy and compact, clean and well equipped. Our hosts were friendly and helpful..

The apartment was well situated, clean and tidy but was very small and there was no garden to sit in

We stayed for three nights and we really enjoyed it. Their young daughter 'Janie' made us feel very welcome and she helped her dad Drew to give us a very welcoming introduction to the place. Everything in the house was clean and brand-new. The beach at Saundersfoot is really nice and about 5 minutes drive from the rental. Drew was very good with suggesting places for us to go and see. And there was lots of information in the house on places to visit.
