Oceana is a very spacious, luxury detached house perfectly suited to a large family gathering or a reunion with friends, it is the perfect place for entertaining set in a peaceful location overlooking Saundersfoot – a lovely seaside village is positioned ideally to offer easy access to the un spoilt beauty of the Pembrokeshire Coast and stunning beaches.

The recently built house gave us the wonderful opportunity to start from scratch with the interior design, furnishing and equipment, all of which are contemporary, designed for easy living and of the highest quality – and there are lots of finishing touches that add that extra bit of comfort and luxury! Crisp white bed linen, deep down duvets, soft fluffy towels and oh- so- comfy beds;fabulous indoor swimming pool and wireless internet access – your every need is catered for. In fact, if you think you should ask ‘Is there a ....’, you don’t need to – there almost certainly is!

Oceana has a four tiered garden comprising of 3 levels of decking, with seating area to soak up the views and perfect for summer BBQ’s. The gardens are truly In keeping with the property, the views are spectacular with sea views over Saundersfoot harbour and village.

There are 2 balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house that are accessed from inside the house, which are perfect for dining alfresco and soaking up the views.

“Chilled.”

The house is amazing as are the views, the pool was one of the main attractions for my grandchildren and children especially as the weather was not the best on certain days, but with the sea front being so close with all the coffee shops and diners etc it more than made up for it, . Folly farm was on top of the list for visiting which we did twice and was a mere 10 minute drive from the Oceana, as the title suggests we chilled out especially my grandson who was horizontal most of the time. The couple of items which I had to contact Robert about was dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction absolutely no doubt about that, the only area that we missed out on due to the weather was sitting outside on the patio. But that pool was amazing as with everything else we all loved it.

“Amazing Luxurious Stay”

Recently stayed at the Oceana property with a large group (8 in total) to celebrate my birthday. The property is amazing, views from the lounge across Saundersfoot are beautiful. The kitchen is spacious with a large table inthe centre which we all enjoyed sitting at for breakfast / lunch or drinks before going out in the evening. On the first evening we decided to watch the game in the lounge and even though there was 8 there was still plenty of room and it was very comfortable. All bedrooms are of roughly equal size offering full en suite facilities. Everyone who stayed commented how lovely the property is. The pool was also very good, nice size and even though February was warm and enjoyable to swim in. The property is located 5-7 minute walk away from Saundersfoot centre so ideal for walking there. We had 4 cars between our group and all comfortably fitted on the property drive. Whilst there we had a small issue with one of the toilets (there are 6 in total), I called Rob to make him aware and it was fixed by the time we returned a few hours later. I would definitely recommend this property

Oceana is a special property in that the views over Saundersfoot are amazing. all of my family shared this same opinion. We stayed for four sunny days, particularly enjoying the large dining kitchen which was well equipped and designed for ease of use. The younger members of our family enjoyed the toys in the playroom, and the stairgates were put to good use. Everyone enjoyed the indoor pool this was a real touch of luxury. We really hope to return again in the very near future.

We had a lovely family holiday. the accommodation was spacious, comfortable and safe for children. Fantastic views from the lounge of Saundersfoot. The indoor pool, and outside area including the BBQ were brilliant. Did take the ancients a while to remember to go up stairs to the lounge and kitchen rather than down stairs but Ha oh. Kitchen has everything you need The beaches in the area are lovely. A very good base for meeting the needs of different age groups. Enjoyed the Spa at St Brides Hotel and had a lovely family meal there. Need to book well in advance.

This property accommodated our large family group perfectly. There was ample parking for all our cars,plenty of space inside,we never felt on top of each other. The four en-suites and good sized bedrooms were a real bonus. My granddaughter loved the toys in the playroom and we all enjoyed time in the warm indoor pool,particularly as our weather was grim. The location was very good and the views were amazing,especially from the sitting room and balconies. The kitchen was huge and great to cook and eat in. The living area was a great place to spend time in and gaze out at those views. It was indeed a very sociable area to be comfortable in and relax. We all enjoyed staying here. The owner was very helpful on booking and answered all my questions straight away.

What a perfect house. 9 of us stayed here for a long weekend in April and had such a great time. The house was great- had everything we could wish for! Arrived to a lovely bottle of red wine, shortbread and milk in the fridge. Had a 5 min walk down to the sea front and had a wander along the beach. The walk back is up a hill but wasn't too bad. The view from the lounge is breath taking! Paid and extra £50 to heat the pool as it was April which was definitely worth it. The pool has a jet a swim against, had a shallow and deep end to suit everyone. The bedrooms all had lovely en suites. You can tell the owners haven't held back on getting in cheap furniture...lovely big solid oak beds etc in there. It's only a 5 minute drive to Tenby or Heatherton. Would definitely recommend Heatherton for a family or group day out. We didn't eat out at all as loved the house so much we stayed in each night! Overall a fantastic weekend away.

An extended family stay at Oceana which we all thoroughly enjoyed. The house was just as described - with the indoor heated pool being larger than expected for a 4 bedroomed property. Kitchen very well stocked and plenty of space all round. Would definitely recommend and the owner very helpful with any queries we had. (Would also recommend eating at the Mulberry restaurant at the bottom of the road)

Recently stayed at Oceana for a family get away. Eight Adults, two babies, four dogs and there was plenty of room for all. The house was stunning just like the view over Saundersfoot. All bedrooms were of a very generous size. The kitchen was well stocked and the children loved the playroom. The pool was 'the jewel in the crown' and enjoyed by all. We were lucky to have experienced such great weather, but had it rained the pool would have kept us entertained. The location is perfect for a short stroll into Saunderfoot which is very beautiful and quaint. Plus there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. We never drove more than a few miles for any activity. I recommend Oceana to all.

Booked a holiday for the wife, the dog and me. On arrival you notice the great sea views straight away. After a long beach dog walk I could have. A warm down in the indoor heated swimming pool. I used the free wifi to upload photos to my blog. The kitchen has all mod cons to cook and clear up after a hearty breakfast. Plenty of places to visit. Fish and chips always tastes nicer by the sea. Another evening we enjoyed the new Coast restaurant at Coppet beach. Had a good nights kip in a comfy bed with en-suite. Trying hard to find fault, but cannot. Simply had a great time!

Unusually, the pictures didn't lie! We were hoping for a great holiday home and Oceana delivered! Fantastic views, great pool - decent size. The walk back from Saundersfoot is a bit of a challenge - but is made much easier by going via the St Brides Hotel bar (More great views!)
