New stunning villa with gorgeous private pool in a peaceful location to suit all age groups. Large terrace & balcony areas overlooking breathtaking sea and mountain views. Located up a steep hill above the village with shops, restaurants & friendly locals in a peaceful area within beautiful rural surroundings. Long stretch of blue flag sandy beach with shallow waters within walking distance and many facilities for small children, water sports, picnic area and cafes? Free WIFI & HD TV with all UK BBC, ITV, BT & SKY Sports channels & only 15 mins from Dalaman Airport. A complete STRESS FREE ZONE.

Mid stay clean and linen change £65. Although all cleaning products and equipment available at the villa including washing powder and fabric conditioner. Please bring your own dish washer tabs although washing up liquid is provided.

Coffee expensive, would suggest you bring some from UK. If you like bacon for breakfast bring some as not readily available in the village but can be bought at the big supermarkets.

Recently built villa with ceramic floors & fully tiled bathrooms. Flat screen 40" UK channels, Sky Sports, Netflix or Chromecast to watch TV/films via your own mobile devices and DVD player with lots of DVDs. Sky Sports channels readily available at bars and restaurants in the village.

Three sets of patio doors leading to terraced area overlooking the breathtaking sea and mountain views and the proposed golf course and marina in Dalaman.

Fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and air conditioned throughout. Stone built charcoal and gas BBQs with alfresco dining table.

Set in tropical gardens with banana plants and fruit trees, private 32 square metre pool and stunning views in a peaceful area. The private pool is approx 5 ft deep and children should be supervised at all times.

Access to the villa is from the main road in Sarigerme and is a 10 - 15 minute walking distance depending on your fitness levels (a couple jogged up passed us on our last visit and would have deemed it impossible in the hot sun if I hadn't see it with my own eyes) as it is very steep in places. Not recommended for pushchairs or wheelchairs however taxis are readily available from the village at under £5.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Diane (the owner) a message.

If Diane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
