Bring Fido to this dog friendly 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex in downtown Sarasota near Gillespie Park. Downtown Sarasota and all it has to offer is just blocks away from this adorable cottage like duplex!

Feel free to leave your car under your covered carport because you can walk to many downtown restaurants and shops. If you’re tired from your long day tanning at our #1 rated Siesta Key Beach then explore downtown Sarasota. Everything you need is within reach. Our fully equipped cottage is your home away from home and bring your well behaved Fido as dogs are allowed (refundable pet deposit and advance permission needed). Fido will love the fenced-in patio!

No need to run to the laundromat as we have you covered. Full size washer/dryer located in an enclosed space in the covered carport. There is extensive screened-in space on the lanai to enjoy your evening glass of wine or your morning cup of Joe. Want to soak up some Floridian sunshine every morning? No worries, we got you covered. There is an extensive outdoor patio area with extra dining tables with and without an umbrella. Propane grill is included for your use.

The alley kitchen includes a dining table for 4, fully stocked with appliances, dishes and stemware. Dishwasher and microwave included for your convenience. Lots of natural light with a large window that over looks the outdoor patio. Open the window and listen to the Floridan birds sing!

There is a king size bed in the master with large windows, wood tile flooring, chest of drawers and a closet with sliding doors. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be rearranged to make one king size style bed. Wood tile flooring, a desk, ceiling fan and a large closet make this second bedroom comfy and convenient. There is one small full size bathroom with a step-in tub, sink and vanity with a medicine cabinet for your personal items. Includes a window for natural light.

The living room includes a 42” LG flat screen TV, Comcast basic cable, Wifi, two red fluffy loveseats, a tan leather Scandinavian style chair with ottoman and wood tile flooring. From the living room enter into the large screened-in lanai that follows the length of the house. Lots of space to relax with Fido and friends. Enjoy your morning breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening while relaxing to the sounds of the birds singing and crickets chirping all without the bothersome flies buzzing around you. If outdoors is your thing then we have you covered there as well as there is extensive outdoor patio space with lots of beautiful vegetation including citrus trees, a privacy fence, outdoor grill and lots of seating space including tables to enjoy meals with family and friends. Relax in the sunshine on the chase lounges with your favorite beverage.

Your well behaved Fido has lots of space to run around and is welcome for an extra fee. Prior approval is needed and a $300 refundable pet fee will be added. Please note the standard agreement in the system is a "NO pet" agreement. We will send you a pet friendly agreement when your pet is confirmed as okay.

Beach supplies are included for your convenience. No smoking inside the home.
