An ideal Holiday Villa for exploring and experience central Portugal. We rent by the week and give generous discounts for reservations of 4 weeks or more for those wanting to escape the cold winter climes and for those that can work remotely.

Whether it's a family beach holiday or cultural experience you are seeking then Villa Vida Nova Silver Coast is a perfect base to explore what this splendid country and its accommodating people have to offer.

Location is so very important.

In a quiet rural hamlet just a few minutes drive from Sao Martinho do Porto and within walking distance to the cliff tops and beaches.

The detached and fully walled gated villa is just 2 years old and 3 bedrooms 2 upstairs both en-suite, both have patio door access to a wrap around sun terrace. On the ground floor is a 3rd bedroom and a family bathroom. Open plan lounge, diner, kitchen with patio doors on two sides to the garden, BBQ and pool area. All windows and doors have electric shutters, all rooms have air conditioning/heat.

The detached villa was constructed in 2020 to a very high standard and completely refurnished and equipped summer 2022.

There is a single carport with electric gates.

The garden and solar heated pool is fully walled and gated.

All windows have electric shutters and day/night blinds or curtains.

All rooms have split air-conditioning and heating.

There is a pellet stove to add ambiance and warmth in the cooler months.

Free Wifi, Portable Bluetooth speaker, 55" Smart TV with over 100 channels local, English and European languages.

Ground floor, lounge dining room, kitchen, shower room and bedroom with super king bed (1.8 x 2.0 ).

1st floor, 2 bedrooms with king beds (1.5 x2.0) and 2 bathrooms both en-suite.

There is a cot and highchair available for toddlers

800 meters from Salgado Beach.

Nearest walking trails, many starting right at the villa.

5 minutes drive to the beaches and town of Sao Martinho do Porto. 10 Minutes drive to the marina, town and beaches at Nazare.

Over 100 restaurants bars and cafe's within 20 minutes drive.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Nigel and Bev (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
