Description

New villa, ideally located in the south east of Bali. You will be able to shine at, the day on the principal sites of visits of the central and half southern part of the island. Located in a residential area, quiet, just five minutes walk from the main street with all its shops, restaurants, bars and shops of all kinds. You walk a few more minutes and arrive at the famous Sanur beach. Intimate villa from the distribution of rooms and living / kitchen around the pool (not fenced). Very spacious rooms with premium bedding, large shower rooms with sky views for two of them. Decorated with passion and good taste, you will find a mix of contemporary and Balinese crafts and elsewhere.A modern kitchen with all the utensils, crockery, appliances you need during your stay. Our representative will welcome you and provide you with all the information you may need during your stay. The villa can be rented in its entirety or by single room with shared common areas. This villa is also for sale. For any information do not hesitate to contact us by email preferably.

The scooter rental is also very popular with younger couples and solo. Buses are also pratiques.Pour turn Sanur same bike and walking quite enough.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
