Description

Part of a small complex of 3 private Luxury Villas, built in 2016, situated in the heart of Sanur and located in Gang Wanasari, just off Jalan Danau Poso on an almost private road with no thru traffic.

These villas have been designed and built by a team of Italian and Balinese designers and architects. Build quality is excellent using only the very best quality materials and craftsmanship available.

Suka 2 is 100 Square meter built in a 270 square meter garden. Is the medium size of the 3.

This accommodation offers privacy, landscaped gardens and a beautiful 3 x 6 meter private pool that is perfect for swimming.

The villa has 2 spacious bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, the master bedroom bathroom, it will accommodate comfortably 4 people (there is enough space for a Baby Cot if needed!).

Each bedroom has AC, king size double bed with mosquito net.

The master bedroom has a walk in Wardrobe, desk and Electronic Safety Box.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare a gourmet dinner.

The large living room has French foldable doors that can be open onto the swiming pool to create a large open living space.

A 40 inch LED TV with international satellite channels and a reliable Internet Wi-Fi is also included in the tariff.

All rooms inside the villa are non-smoking areas but smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas including undercover awning and swimming pool areas.

A very safe neighborhood really convenient and peaceful is a mere 10 minutes walk to the beach or 3 minutes by Bicycle (also offered free of charge with all these villas).

With so many luxury villas already existing and being built in this area it is fast becoming the “Bel Air” of Sanur, yet still with a very strong Balinese presence.

The Mertasari area is the best place for water sports like Diving, Kitesurfing, Windsurfing, Surfing and Stand Up Paddle Surfing. The outside reef has nice waves for every level of surfing and it creates a natural calm lagoon where you can always have a swim, so is ideal for kids.

Sanur is a great base to explore Bali from, with Seminyak, Kuta and Legian only a short 30 minutes taxi ride away, as is the Airport via the new express Tollway. Nusa Dua is only a 35 minutes drive and Ubud is about a 45 minutes drive from this beautiful villa.

Suitable for: Couples (including Honeymooners), Family with children and Groups of Friends.

Villa Suka 1 and Villa Suka 2 are connecting by a door in the garden. If you have a large family or a group and need 4 bedrooms you can rent these 2 Villas together and make it a big compound.

Getting There

• Airport transfer on request at Hundred eighty thousand Rupiah (about 14 US$ for one car that fit 4 persons). Our friendly driver will take you to the Villa via the fast Tollway and if you need to stop to buy some groceries on the way to the Villa he will stop in a minimarket in Sanur close by.

• Rental car with driver is also available for shopping trips and guided tours (price on request).

This 2 bedrooms Villa can also be rented as 1 Bedroom. In that case we will just lock the guest bedroom.

Getting around

Sanur is a great base to explore Bali from, with Seminyak, Kuta and Legian only a short 30 minutes taxi ride away, as is the Airport via the new express Tollway. Nusa Dua is only a 35 minutes drive and Ubud is about a 45 minutes drive from this beautiful villa. We offer Bicycles free of charge for the guest to use so that they can explore the surrounding. Taxi are also easy to call.

Interaction with guest

Our Villa Supervisor will help on arrival to facilitate check in and to show the features of the Villa. My home is close by and In case of need I can come there in no time. Our nice local cleaner staff that take care of the Villa will call me in case of need or I'm easy to reach by phone or WA or SMS.

How do damage deposits work?
