Beautiful Sanur Villa opened (Feb 2015).

Welcome to Villa 1 located in Sanur. This centrally located Villa on JL Danau Poso in the heart of Sanur's tourist area. within walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants this beautiful decorated 3 bedroom villa has been built to Australian standards in regards to construction, quality and fit out. If you are looking for a well located rental, yet also quiet, then this Villa is a wonderful choice.

This beautiful decorated Villa is the perfect holiday rental and located located Beach side of the bypass in one of the best locations of Sanur, just a short stroll to the beach and JL Cemara where you will find the best restaurants in Bali. The Villa has open living onto Private pool with closable Bi-fold doors, ceiling fans located in all open areas , very Large fully equipped self catering Kitchen, dinning to seat 8 people, 2 lounge areas (one upstairs and one down stairs) With both 2 and 3 bedroom rates available will suit all that's stays here.

Each bedroom has large ceiling fans, air-conditioning and large en-suites with double showers. Bedroom 1 and 2 contain King Size Beds and Bedroom 3 contains 2 Single beds that also convert to a King size bed if needed. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned with ceiling fans. Bedroom One is located on the ground floor opening onto the private pool with bedroom 2 and 3 located upstairs with balcony. All Bedrooms have locked glass sliding open doors with luxury beautiful linen, Duvets, wardrobes, consoles and luxury block out curtains. Please note maximum number of guests is 6 for 3 Bedroom Rate and 4 for 2 Bedroom Rate. Baby Cot is available on request. Any Pool fencing can be arranged at an extra fee.

For any further baby hire services, Information is available at the Villa or please email us and we can provide details of recommend companies in the area.

The Living dinning area contains a comfortable 5 seater lounge and dinning room can seat up to 6 people. TV and DVD player available, The Lounge upstairs contains a 2 seater day bed with foot stool for relaxation and TV/DVD player for that quiet relax time on the balcony. All living rooms are open air and have fans. The kitchen facilities in the villa include a refrigerator, microwave, a three burner gas cook top, toaster, crockery, kettle, cutlery, glasses, and filtered water that offers icy cold and hot water for tea and coffee. You are a stones throw away from quality restaurants, with a Mini Mart and the Snack Shack restaurant conveniently located across the road that will deliver . We have arranged a special menu with the Beach House if you need Breakfast delivered. They will deliver at no cost. Coffee and Tea is provided, dish washing liquid, tea towels, sponges etc. You can either self cater of have breakfast delivered or choose to walk down to the beach and enjoy the Sunshine, as many great restaurant's are close by.

Thanks Kim for your review. When you had booked this villa it was booked at a rate of two bedroom villa, but you only used the 1 bedroom at the Villa. The Villa is actually a three bedroom Villa. The rate is very competitive for the 2 bedroom villa rate you decided to take. Down stairs is all open air and has fans so no aircon is needed if you open the bifold doors as the aircon will escape upstairs into the open air space of the 2nd upstairs open living area. All bedrooms are aircon and cool and fans are throughout the villa to keep the villa cool. You will find there is no aircon in any open air villas as they just don't work when open air lets it escape. The Tv has plenty of channels that all guest have been happy with and Pande our house cleaner is excellent as you mentioned. Glad you enjoyed the location and the Villa be comfortable. The Villa Photos are exactly as you saw it and is very comfortable and extremely clean. Hope you come back and see us again. Thanks the Team

We actually own the villa so you will always deal with owner direct, me. I handle all my own bookings and also help the villa next door (villa 3) with his bookings. It keeps my fingers on the pulse so to speak and we try to get to Bali as often as possible to make sure the Villa is at a standard as the photos show. Little Kadek is a gem and lives around the corner. His family manages another villa around the corner and that's how we met him. He always helps us with new bikes, shopping and anything else we need. He is our go for man as well. Funny you mention the lounge chair as we do have comfy a sofa in the villa and was trying to find something suitable for that area, but it's just such a laid back villa and with all the family's we have with kids and little chocolate fingers, we decided on an outdoor wicker sofa with easy removable covers. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Antonio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
