Description

Papaya Villa is a three bedroom villa in central Sanur is located in a quiet residential lane behind the main street and just a short stroll away from the restaurants, bars, beach and supermarket. A garden door connects through to Papaya's sister villa Coconut.

A fully equipped kitchen and 4 burner barbecue sit alongside the spacious poolside dining area. The bedrooms are fully air conditioned and two of them also have ceiling fans. A fold down settee in the living room is available for a 7th guest. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The living room is air conditioned and ceiling fans are also in the living and dining area. There are four televisions (each with DVD player) providing Cable channels including Australian Network and Setanta sport, whilst a selection of DVDs are available for children. There is also a library of books available. Free fibre optic Wi Fi provides a good internet connection.

Off street parking is available for one vehicle. A welcome package awaits guests on arrival which includes bread, milk, butter, jam, coffee, soft drinks and beers. Maids clean, make beds and wash up every morning.

Baby accessories are available for a small extra charge incl high chair, car seat, cot and pool fence.

A SPECIAL RATE of A$195 is currently available for bookings to end of May 2019 (min 3 nights stay)

Getting around

A tour operator friend offers the Papaya Group guests unbeatable prices for trips to Lembongan or the Gili Islands including pick up from Papaya. For day trips we can recommend a number of drivers and make necessary arrangements.

Interaction with guest

We live close by Papaya, Coconut and Avocado and we are always available to offer assistance or to arrange day trips. We greet guests (unless arrival time is after 10pm when we leave keys and meet the guests the following morning) and we are there to say goodbye

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
