This new ultra-modern luxury apartment in Lagos exudes quality throughout and provides an ideal solution for those who enjoy the styling of contemporary city hotels but prefer the space and convenience of a full sized apartment.

From the discreet sliding door of the building entrance, the open lobby with glass elevators, electric window shutters, clean lines, open plan living area and smart modern furnishings and fittings, this apartment has that certain look sought after by the business executive, and with a fabulous location close to all that Lagos town, marina and coastline has to offer.

There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom plus an additional shower-room and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine. The corner apartment benefits from a large wrap-around balcony with electric BBQ, easterly and southerly aspects and with city and distant sea views.

Guests of this apartment enjoy the free use of the WiFi internet, cable TV, air conditioning throughout and access to the shared sunbathing terrace, kids pool and large swimming pool. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
