The entrance leads to the living room and dining room composed, furnished by two to six seater sofas, a coffee table, a TV and a dining table for 6 people.
Downstairs also located the kitchen and a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has two beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom is complete with bathtub and bidet.

Mogro enjoys for being a tourist place , for its natural beauty and its natural estuary where the river Pas will go in the Bay of Biscay. It is 15 kilometers from Santander, and it is opposite Natural Park Dunes Liencres.
Besides this privileged environment, is well connected by road with direct access to the A-67, therefore, is an ideal place to stay while visiting the community of Cantabria.

The housing estate is closed to cars, which ensures a quiet and soundproof traffic, being a safe place for children to play. It is 50 m to the beach and 2 km from the Golf Course "Abra de Pas". The beach is like an entrance to a estuary.
