Welcome to Villa Bonita, our 4 bedroom Beach Villa! Villa Bonita, just a few steps from the beach, is in the perfect location. Right off the main road, Villa Bonita is located within walking distance of shops (including the Peace Loft Plaza right across the street), groceries (the closest is the Green World Organic Market, right across the street), restaurants (Banana Beach is right next door!), and yoga studios. One of the best surf breaks in town is right in front of the villa (The Costa Rica Surf Federation has a stop on the National Circuit here).

Villa Bonita offers 4 bedrooms, two with a king-sized bed, one with a queen-sized bed and single bed, and one room with a double bed. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the 4th bathroom is right off the living room. The terrace overlooking the garden and pool is the perfect place to relax with your family and friends. The kitchen is connected to the terrace, so you can cook and still hang out.

The gazebo area is right by the pool, and there is a dedicated BBQ station. There is access to a children's playground as well.

Daily Cleaning and Gardening are included. And Our office is nearby. We are available for any questions you may have, or any activities and trips you'd like to arrange.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Emilya Tal (the owner) a message.

If Emilya Tal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
