This fully equipped amazing house ready for 8 people is located a few steps from the beach on the main part of Santa Teresa. Surrounded by a lush vegetation this property is one of the best choices for your vacation. You can surf the beach break on Santa Teresa where many tournaments and contests have been held or you can walk through the beach to a more easy wave on Playa Carmen Beach located a few minutes from the property.

This incredible house offers 4 bedrooms, A/C and 4 bathrooms, one spacious air conditioned living room with a 42" Plasma TV, an amazing dining room with a balcony to the garden and a private pool where you can enjoy your dinner and lounge with your family and friends just hearing the sound of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to cook, cleaning and gardening service is included so you can just relax and let your imagination do the rest.

Located between Playa Carmen and Santa Teresa, many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets are just a few minutes walking from the house or you can rent quads or motorcycles to move around the town.

“Beautiful spot that could use some upgrades”

Just returned from Villa Bonita in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. This rental house was just steps from a beautiful beach where there was plenty of action from live music, great surf, and a decent but expensive resteraunt. The house had plenty of pros and cons: Pros: A/C in entire house was nice considering 95 degrees outside. Nice big beds with decent bedding. Steps from beach. Nice yard with privacy. Centrally located to markets, shops and places to eat. Surfboard rental right next to house. Sandy beach and warm water. Friendly staff. Good security and private parking at house. Spacious house could sleep 8 if needed (3 king beds and 1 double futon). Nice inside/outside kitchen. lots of wildlife (howler monkeys, geckos, iguanas, scorpions, lots of birds) Cons: many mosquitos in and out of house. coffee maker and toaster were broken. supplied drinking water ran out and was not replenished. basketball court at house but no basketball even after request. no ping pong balls for ping pong table. stove top had to be lit with lighter because auto ignite was not working. septic issues in yard made for a foul smell. Overall, this place was suitable and we enjoyed our stay. It seems the whole area is pretty rustic and hasn't seen many renovations in the last couple decades. If you like to surf and don't mind being way out there at the tip of the nicoya peninsula, this place will work for you. Getting to Santa Teresa is a long journey thru the mountains and bumpy roads and it felt great to finally arrive!
