The house enjoys breathtaking panoramic views and is built in pine and oak. The timber generates a naturally a warm and positive influence on people. Here you will find that intimacy that the traveler looking for in these places. The house has a living room-dining room with a kitchenette and 4 couches, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, a bathroom with shower, a terrace and a large garden with barbecue and deck chairs. It is ideal for families with children, and very romantic for couples.

We have a Spa / Wellness area with an outdoor jacuzzi-hydromassage and sauna with sea views. It must be reserved in advance, since it is for exclusive use for 3 hours: € 30 per person. It can be booked once the accommodation reservation is formalized. We also offer packs of couple rituals, we send information about what is included once the reservation is formalized. (2 massages in our beauty booth, 4 hours of exclusive use of the soup area, cava, etc ...)

Me cuesta comprender que existan personas en este mundo tan desagradecidas como esta tal Verónica. Se presenta con su familia compuesta por cuatro generaciones: Padres, hijos, abuela y una bisabuela de casi 100 años minusválida. El viajero debe informarse si el alojamiento está o no está preparado para minusválidos. Es uno de los puntos más importantes a tener en cuenta cuando te desplazas con una persona discapacitada. El chalet que reservaron se encuentra en la montaña y efectivamente hay unas escaleras de acceso que, ni son interminables, ni hay infinitos obstáculos para llegar a la casa. Estos comentarios son un despropósito. También la distribución exacta del chalet está perfectamente descrita en el anuncio, recomiendo encarecidamente que los inquilinos se lean los anuncios antes de alquilar. La descripción del anuncio corresponde de manera fiel cien por cien a la realidad. Para hacerles un favor, rápidamente acomodé la casa más grande que estaba a nivel de la calle, y se la ofrecí, con el fin de que estuvieran más cómodos y también pudiera tener acceso la bisabuela. Una parte de su familia que llegó previamente, ya había ensuciado el chalet dando de comer a los niños y, en realidad, ocuparon dos de los alojamientos. Les ofrecí la casa grande sin cargo alguno, gratuitamente, ni tan siquiera les cobre la limpieza y su modo de agradecérmelo es decir que faltaba algún toque de limpieza? Llevaba un par de semanas cerrada, estaba limpia aunque faltaba un último repaso cosa que siempre hacemos antes de recibir inquilinos, se la ofrecí como favor. Mosquitos? Después de dos días lluviosos, había mucha humedad en el aire y estamos en plena naturaleza. La casa está equipada con spray anti mosquitos. Y yo no dejo de preguntarme por qué este tipo de personas no se quedan tranquilitos en sus casitas, y si salen, por qué no se limitan a alquilar habitaciones de hoteles convencionales, artificiales y esterilizadas. No saben disfrutar de la naturaleza, ni de lo auténtico y, lo que es peor, no saben agradecer. En cuanto a tener un coche de mucha potencia? En absoluto. En esta urbanización vivimos muchas familias que subimos y bajamos 4 ó 5 veces al día con coches perfectamente normales. Simplemente hay que saber conducir. Voy a dejarlo aquí, en lo referente a la iluminada familia “telerín”. Me da pena encontrarme con personas de tan poca calidad humana. Afortunadamente, la inmensa mayoría de las personas que nos visitan, saben apreciar la belleza de este lugar, la paz que se respira, el entorno natural, las vistas, la esmerada decoración, la comodidad y confort, los detalles, la limpieza y mi atenta actitud siempre enfocada a que nuestros huéspedes sean felices aquí, se encuentren a gusto, disfruten de su estancia, pasen momentos entrañables, se lleven buenos recuerdos y deseen regresar.

I’m very sorry to hear that you found the property not to your liking I can assure you the picture of the view from the property advertise that you mentioned I have now taken down and I am sorry that you found it misleading, However, the view in question was just taken slightly higher up the hill. In regard to your comment with no privacy, there is only one neighbour apart from myself, and they cannot see into the garden. The garden for this property is a private garden and not shared so no other holidaymaker would have access to this. Once again, I do apologize that you were not happy with your booking.

Why can't I call Marta (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marta (the owner) a message.

If Marta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
