Vista Point at Llano Road is perched on the highest point in Southern Santa Rosa, overlooking the valley below. This newly renovated home is located on a ranch owned by McClelland's Dairy and is currently used to graze young dairy animals.

The home has 4 bedrooms and is a fully equipped smart home! Wireless internet, Nest thermostat, Amazon Echo, wireless printer, and other great features keep the home comfortable and modern. In addition, the kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, and all rooms have flat screen TV's with AT&T, Netflix, & Amazon Prime. Enjoy the comforts of outdoor living in the spacious back yard with the Santa Rosa valley as your view.

Master Bedroom:

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with pillow top mattress, flat screen TV, walk in closet, and desk for a work space. The en suite master bathroom has double sinks and large glass shower.

Second & Third Bedroom:

With a queen size bed these rooms also have side table lamps that are complete with USB ports & electric plugs for easy recharging of electronic devices.

Fourth Bedroom:

The bunk beds in this room are great for adults or children! It is a full size bed, with a twin over the top. There is a queen size air mattress that can be set up anywhere in the home.

The farm that the Vista Point home is located on is all organic, and because we believe in organic sustainable living the home has all organic bedding & organic soaps/shampoo. It is in a great location in the Russian River Valley wine country, and close to the town of Sebastopol. A quick (40 minute) drive will bring you to the Point Reyes National Seashore, Armstrong Woods or San Francisco.
