Welcome to our traditional spanish townhouse in Santa Pola de Este, the most beautiful area of the old spanish fishing village Santa Pola.

The house is close to the Mediterranean sea and in just a few steps you are on the promenade which starts here and leads all the way to Santa Pola passing multiple sand beaches. The closest beaches are Playas de Calas de Este about 700m away. A couple of meters away is the nearest bus stop and an area with a small shop and 5 restaurants. From the rear, this area of Santa Pola is sheltered by a mountain from cold north winds which might appear in the winter time at this part of Spain, making this place perfect the whole year around.

Although it is not necessary to have a car, a private parking space is provided. Alicante airport is only 20 mins away by

The third floor contains a large bedroom with double bed and a secluded solarium providing outstanding views of the coastline and the Tabarca Island. It is the ideal place for a morning coffee, a sunbath or an evening glass of Spanish wine.

The second floor consists of a bedroom with double bed and french doors leading to a small balcony providing similar views. Furthermore there is a fully tiled bathroom with bathtub/shower and bidet and a bedroom facing the north with one single bed which can be extended into two single beds.

The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen connected to a utility room with a shower and a small tiled bathroom. There is a dining area for 6 persons as well a seating area with a little TV. A lot of the spanish digital programs allow you to watch the movies in their original language setting. Outside is a spacious terrace with seating for 6 and a front garden facing the small road which is lined with palm trees and lovely furbished front porches.

We have tried to think of everything to make this a real home from home and help make your stay special.

Air condition is available in first and third floor. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with ceiling fans.

Although there is no smoking within the house you are welcome to smoke on one of the balconies or terraces.

Also it is not required to have a car, we would recommend hire one in order to explore the lovely the area. Connection with public transportation exists, but is limited.
