Description

This is a property on the Marina in Santa Pola, 50 metres to the boats. The property was re-furbished in 2010 with a new bathroom, re-wiring, new doors, windows and re-painted. There is a beach 5 minutes walk either to the left or right of the marina. There are bars and restaurants less than a minute from the apartment. The apartment block is in a front line building but has no direct views of the marina unless you open the lounge window, it is an interior apartment. The apartment is on the second floor, the building has 5 floors. The building has a lift. The apartment has air conditioning, fly nets, ceiling fan, washing machine, iron, ironing board, 32 inch flat screen TV in lounge and a 20 inch flat screen TV in the master bedroom. There is a separate filtered water system so you don't have to buy bottled water. As the apartment is interior to the building there are no noise problems. There is a full information pack on touristic things to do, along with travel timetables for boats

The Valencian Country region

The region is Valencia, the white coast (Costa Blanca) of Spain. The town is on the mediteranean coast and popular with people from many countries. There is a beautiful Island called Tabarca which is a 30 minute boat ride away, it has no cars and plenty of bars and restaurants on one side of the island and a nature reserve on the other side. Santa Pola has approximately 4km of beach and a large marina. There are fishing boat excursions almost directly opposite the apartment. There are hundreds of restaurants in the town, and good quality bars. There are late night discos and karaoke bars also within walking distance.
