Located in the panoramic area of Santa Maria di Leuca near the Basilica, the villa enjoys a breathtaking sea view. The villa, recently renovated, is characterized by large outdoor spaces, wide views with a view of the sea and the lighthouse and is furnished with valuable elements, with a modern key. Its interior is composed of a large living room with two large windows overlooking the balcony, equipped with two comfortable leather sofa-beds, a dining area with a 10-seat table, a kitchen with a sea-view window (equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, microwave and large-size fridge), 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 triple bedroom, another full bathroom in the corridor. On the lower floor there is also a three-room studio apartment with a kitchenette and a complete bathroom. In the back there is also an enchanting terrace with a sea view equipped with shading and furnished with outdoor elements ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. There is also a laundry room with two washing machines and a garage. The villa is equipped with wifi connection, central air conditioning, alarm system, video cameras, smart-TV, heating and automatic gate.
