On the upper floor are the other bedrooms and a library located. The library is equipped with parquet floors and features a fireplace. These elements provide warmth and comfort - ideal for listening to music and reading.

Furthermore, on this floor you can find a spacious living room with grand piano, where small private music concerts can be performed and the access to the bedrooms, where each provides its own living room with fireplace and bathroom en suite. In addition, some of them have an exit to the outside through several terraces.

There is constant communication between the outdoor gardens and the elements of the house. The sea breeze, the sound of the water from the wells or the essence of the Mediterranean give the property a magical atmosphere.

Each of the seven gardens, with a total of 15,000 square meters, has been designed around a water source, like, for example, an Arab-style fountain or the pool. Furthermore, there are paved paths to enjoy a restful walk and different arbors, that invite you to stay.

The pool in the garden is spacious and intimate at the same time. On warm summer days, the covered porch with sofas is an ideal place to relax and the spacious sun terrace with hammocks will fascinate sunbathers.

A barn in the garden, that has been used in the past to thresh wheat, may offer, together with the wide paved courtyard, the perfect setting for events.
