Description

The "Casa Rural La Longuera de Tirajana" is an old Canarian house that is located in the municipality of Santa Lucía de Tirajana, in the southeast of Gran Canaria. It is located in a farm with orchards and fruit trees with wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. The house was built in 1865 and has been recently renovated and decorated. It has two floors of traditional Canarian construction. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom. Given the original structure of the house over 150 years old, the bedrooms on the upper floor are connected and it is necessary to go through one of them to access the bathroom. We have a cot and high chair. On the ground floor is the kitchen, the main living room and another living room with a sofa bed. The toilet is located in the barbecue area. The floor is of wood of tea in high plant and floor of stone, in ground floor. It has wifi and international television channels. It also has wood stoves and air conditioning (for cold and heat). The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor pool is for private use (3 x 8 meters). The house also has another lounge under the solarium of the pool with table tennis. This beautiful house is the ideal place to unwind and relax in a quiet and rural environment. Wifi connection, international television channels, cleaning once a week as well as final cleaning are included in the price! If you wish you can hire an additional cleaning service, which will be charged separately.
