Situated on a hill is this beautiful and comfortable house, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature but close to everything, beaches, Marina, golf, restaurants, discos, markets etc. club are just a few minutes from the area, and 10 km from the city of ibiza.
The House has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them is independent and has a bathroom, a kitchen functional and comfortable fully equipped oven dishwasher microwave fridge etc. Dining room and a spacious living room with tv plasma, satellite tv, stereo, internet Wi-Fi ADSL which opens onto a covered terrace and the swimming pool.
The pool is 10 x 4.5 m with 2 terraces covered with chairs and table for eating out, plus another area covered with a great BBQ.
The property is fully fenced, this allowed bring pets prior consent, has 27000 m2 land and no neighbors to more than 100 meters around.

“Perfect villa”
We had a perfect stay in this in tranquil and beautiful villa. Surroundings and outdoor space were amazing and the pool was stunning. Ricardo (the owner) was very nice and thoughtful, and provided everything we needed. We'll visit again!
