Villa Teresita High Views is a magnificent house located on a large plot of 1,235 m2 with private pool and garden populated with large trees, palm trees and native plants. It is located in a quiet residential area of ​​detached houses situated on a hill. For location it offers a splendid view, with the horizon the Atlantic Ocean. The environment is suitable for hikers, due to the volcanic nature of the island of Gran Canaria, offers spectacular views such as La Caldera de Bandama which is 4.1 km. For golf enthusiasts and horse riding, to 4.2 km is the Real Club de Golf de Las Palmas. In the surrounding area also it offers restaurants typical Canarian cuisine. The house has a fine traditional decor where wood abounds which gives a warm and comfortable atmosphere. It is equipped with satellite TV antenna in addition to digital terrestrial, internet access, Smart TV and heating. The garden, with private pool, also has barbecue, covered different Porches open to garden, lounge and several terraces lookout. It has a wide variety of large trees. The set is designed to provide maximum enjoyment guests with high levels of comfort, tranquility and privacy.

Why can't I call Victor (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Victor (the owner) a message.

If Victor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
