Ideal to spend some days in the countryside very close to the beach, surrounded by mountains and pure air, with panoramic sea views, here you can listen to the birds singing and enjoy the maximum tranquillity and relaxation. As well as its proximity to lots of beaches like Calella, Sant Pol de Mar, etc, or if you prefer for a city escape to Barcelona (just 35 min by motorway).

The villa has an area of ​​4.000m2 making it especially and unic in this area, giving you the maximum privacy. It consists in a main house, swimming pool 10x5m with solarium, private tennis court, basketball, parking, automatic gates, garden and fruit trees.

Mediterranean style house with panoramic sea and mountain views, in the natural park of Montnegre. The 4.000m2 garden surrounding the house has a romantic style which invites you to relax and enjoy between a lot of variety of plants. The house is built on one floor, makes it particularly comfortable, the layout of the rooms separates the day area (living room, kitchen, etc.) from the resting area (4 bedrooms). It has an entrance hall, living room with fireplace overlooking the sea, 2 bathrooms and 1 big kitchen. In addition, all rooms have windows with views to the beautiful garden and lots of light. From the living room you can acceed tp the covered porch with barbecue, where you can enjoy your family breakfast or lunch enjoying the sea views. Children are welcome, we provide baby seats, cots and toys.
