How would you define a perfect holiday? Possibly you would like to stay in a small maritime town with superbe views and nice climate so you could enjoy the beach swimming in the crystal clear water . If this would be close to the perfect holiday for you we suggest that you stay some days in our bright house which has been designed so one can contemplate nature and the sea from all the rooms.

This beautiful chalet has been built with care and thought, right down to the last detail. Everything is designed, decorated and furnished with good taste. It is full of nature’s influences with sky blues, sunshine yellows, and rustic textures.There are large attractive interior spaces and extensive private gardens with flowers, trees and a small pool which enjoys the sun’s rays throughout the day from which you get an incredible panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea. It's a five minute walk from the beach.

This villa is located in a quiet residential area and walking distance to the town of Sant Pol de Mar; a picturesque traditional Mediterranean village filled with hidden streets and pretty beaches with its fishing boats. It's a 5 minute drive to Calella for nightlife, or a thirty minute drive to Barcelona for culture, art or F.C. Barcelona.

Sant Pol is a source of inspiration for many artists, because it is the perfect place to relax while giving the visitor the possibility to know the genuine Catalonia and its people. It is also home to some great restaurants such as the three Michelin starred “Sant Pau”. There is an agricultural zone with strawberry fields and a traditional market on the main Square every friday in the morning where you can buy locally grown and freshly picked fruit and vegetables full of flavour.

Ideal for a family of seven persons, this villa is arranged over two floors: on the ground floor, where the main entrance is situated, you will find living and dining room which open out to a terrace which offers nice sea views, moreover there is a fully equipped kitchen with stunning views onto the garden and good size lounge, a large living room with comfy sofa, fireplace, dining area, Big TV and a relaxing area for reading. It also has a double bedroom and a restroom with shower. On the first floor there are one further double bedroom, a triple bedroom opening out to a big balcony with sea views and a luxury bathroom.

All the rooms are spacious and the house also has a lovely large garden with pretty flowers and some beautiful trees. There is access to an outside dining area where you can take full advantage of the beautiful Mediterranean climate. In the yard, there are a small wooden house, BBQ and a big terrace with fantastic sea views which is a perfect area for sunbathing.

Undoubtedly this location will guarantee a peaceful holiday away from the crowds, setting nearby the nice beaches of Sant Pol where you can sunbathe and swim without tourist agglomerations. The area offers a wide range of activities like golf, sailing, surfing, trekking and cycling all year around due to the excellent micro climate of the area . In addition, you can get lost in the Catalonian cuisine on the pastries-route while enjoying a family environment of the village and its famous feasts. This combination makes it the perfect place to spend an exiting and relaxing holiday.

How do damage deposits work?
