From the owner

Can Verdaguer was built by my family for 40 years, and now, after restoring it and condition it put it at the disposal of our customers, to make it an ideal place to spend a few days of tranquility and fun at the same time.

It is situated at the foot of the Montseny Natural Park, biosphere reserve, and a 5-minute walk from a small town but with great history. Sant Pere de Vilamajor was already the favourite holiday resort of the counts of Barcelona, Ramon Berenguer IV and Petronila, and passing the "Red Tower" is we only vestige of his palace and current steeple of our beautiful church.

The House is full of both internal and external corners where you can enjoy your free time.

A good breakfast in their spacious terraces, or organize a barbecue, relax in their gardens, or in the large pool.

A bit of sport with his small gym on the outside or on the track of tennis, or just take long walks by their surroundings, full of paths you conducted to beautiful corners of the Natural Park and the town.

A few days or a weekend at home, with friends or family, we hope to be an experience that you might remember always.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Teresa (the owner) a message.

If Teresa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
