Just a 200 metre walk from the coast, where rock bathing and snorkelling are fabulous! A 3 minute walk to the nearest bar / restaurant with WiFi.
The beaches of Punta Prima ( long beach, lots of shops, bars, restaurants, a Chemist, etc ) and Biniancolla ( small traditional Menorquin fishing inlet with a slipway and a little bar) are within easy walking distance. There are other bars and restaurants nearby and a modern road-side promenade all the way from Binibeca along to Punta Prima.
There is a bus stop at the end of the road which runs every hour during the summer months.
Amazing sea views from the large terrace , the villa is spacious and well equipped, with a private pool with Roman steps and a car port.
There are floor fans in each bedroom (A/C is really not needed as the villa has good air flow and shutters for security) and central heating for winter use.
There is a covered outside eating area, with direct access from the open plan kitchen and steps down to the pool.

A hire car is recommended here but there are nearby bus stops and the water front walk to Punta Prima is really pretty and easy.

The Balearic Islands region
When you are trying to find the perfect place to get away from it all, to leave all your worries and stress behind, you will first remember all the things you have been dreaming about doing on your “ideal holiday”. Some people just want to be able to relax by a pool knowing that the fully stocked bar fridge is only a couple of paces away, followed by warm evenings having supper on the harbour and dancing until the early hours.
Others would prefer to be near a beach with activities for the children, do a bit of snorkelling, have a light lunch at a decent restaurant and go back to a nice villa and swimming pool.
You might find taking long walks along the coast or doing a sailing course, helps you to unwind. Or maybe horse riding in the Mediterranean countryside or renting a couple of bicycles for cross country exploring.
Menorca can offer you all this and more. This wonderful Island has so much more to offer than just summer sun and beach holidays. The Spring and Autumn are beautiful here too, with fields full of poppies and thistles, migrating birds and quiet beaches.
The nearest town is Sant LLuis (San Luis), about 7 minutes away in the car. This is a typical Menorcan town, once dominated by the French, hence its name. Here you will find shops, banks, a chemist, a municipal sports centre, a medical centre, a tabacconist (Estanco), more bars and restaurants and supermarkets.
Nearby is Menorca´s one and only Cricket club, on the lane to Llucmaçanes. It's in a really pretty setting and you can find the fixtures in the Menorca Magazine.
Watersports have become very popular over recent years for tourists and locals alike. There is an assortment of possible activities including Sailing, Diving, Kayaking, Boat or Yacht hire, Surfing, Fishing, Water-skiing….
Most of these activities can be found in Fornells, Mahón harbour and Ciutadella. There are clubs and courses, for beginners and the more experienced, all age groups and all year around.
Try Dives and snorkelling at S'Algar Dive Centre are very popular. The sea around Menorca is very clear and the summer water temperatures are lovely and warm.
KAYAKING is very easy to learn. You can hire a Kayak and pick your own route or go on a guided tour, try the centre at Es Grau. There is an annual “round the Island” event with conferences and workshops in October.
SAILING has always been popular here, as there is often a breeze even at the height of the summer. Again there are courses for all levels.
You can hire speed boats, yachts, the traditional Menorcan fishing boat called a “Llaut”, with or without a Skipper, sometimes with champagne included!
If you need any help finding or booking any of the above, I'm happy to help!
