Beautiful house with garden and views of the sunset over the sea. Located in residential private street closed to traffic, very quiet and with beautiful landscaping, seafront, swimming pools and tennis courts, surrounded by pines, and alongside some of the most beautiful bays of the island: Cala Tarida and Cala Moli.

The house has 100 m2 on a plot of 150 m2 and has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with open kitchen, patio, a parking, porch, garden and rooftop solarium. Maximum capacity of 6 guests.Two double beds and a bunk bed with trundle.

It is fully furnished and well equipped, both indoors and garden. With WIFI, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc. There is a large baby kit for rent .

Coordinates: 38º 55´55.49" N 1º 14´11.89" E.

The minimum stay charged is 6 nights.

Ideal for families and quiet couples.

No party people.

You are not allowed to make any noise or parties that might disturb the neighbors.

The arrival at or departure from the property before 8am or after 8pm are subject to a charge:

Check in between 8pm and 10pm is subject to a charge of € 50.

Check in between 10pm and midnight is subject to a charge of € 100.

Check in between midnight and 2am is subject to a charge of € 200.

Check in between 2am and 3am is subject to a charge of € 300.

Check out between 8am and 7am is subject to a charge of € 50.

Check out between 7am and 6am is subject to a charge of € 100.

Check out between 6am and 5am is subject to a charge of € 200.

These supplements are to be paid cash upon arrival at the property.

It is the client´s responsibility to inform the company about the details of your flight / arrival.

In case the correct information is not received, the company can not be held responsible for any delay or other inconveniences at check in.

After you have landed and have left the airport and are on your way to your holiday home, please text the contact person you have in the booking confirmation to announce your arrival at the house.

Sant Josep de Sa Talaia

Cala Molí is one of the most quiet beaches of Ibiza. It is surrounded by trees, you can walk, go cycling, and off to the beach ofcourse!It is located on the west coast of the island where in summer you have the most stunnings sunset views over the sea, which you will be able to watch from the house!Nearby is a leisure area with all amenities such as a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants, bars and shops.
