Please note:

This wonderful villa is the perfect size and location for family and group holidays, with views and terraces from almost every room the house is airy, bright and great for socializing.

Spread out over its 4 floors, with a large terrace upstairs, swimming pool, garden, BBQ, and indoor and outdoor dining areas, you won’t be running out of space!

The ground floor of the villa is laid out in an open plan, which is ideal for big groups when it comes to socializing in the house by day or night. The lounge and dining room both lead out to undercover seating and dining areas next to the pool and BBQ area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, laundry room with washing machine, pantry room, and another small dining table.

On the first floor, you have 2 bathrooms, the first is a toilet with shower, the rest of the bathrooms consist of bath with shower fitting, toilet, bidet and sink with a large mirror. There are 2 twin bedrooms on this floor, where one is en suite, access to its own small balcony overlooking the garden.

On the second floor, you have the 3rd bathroom and 3 twin bedrooms. The first of these bedrooms has a private balcony with mountain views, as well as access to the largest terrace of the house which is shared between these 3 bedrooms. This large terrace looks out onto the pool and garden area, great for keeping an eye on kids by the pool or catching some rays right outside the comfort of your bedroom.

On the third floor, you have the suite, with a grand bay window area, large double bedroom and its own private terrace and bathroom.

CHECK-IN

Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.

The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.

Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:

Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 30 Euros

Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 45 Euros

Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 30 euros

These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.

Please note: There is an Eco-tax of €2.20 per day to be paid on arrival at the property, in euro cash.

PLEASE NOTE:

* If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.

Exactly how shown on the pictures. We found the space to be perfect for our trip - spacious and ideal communal spaces but also nice little beak away balconies in each room.
