Set amongst the Ibizan pine forest in its own grounds, this tranquil detached Mayan villa with its authentic arches and quiet location is a must for a relaxing holiday.

The villa is completely walled-in for privacy in a large plot, with ample car parking for about three cars. The veranda is the place to relax after a hard day at the beach or spend time relaxing by the pool surrounded by the spacious tropical gardens, or enjoying al fresco dining at the built in bbq in the garden. The villa is about 9km from the town of Santa Eulalia and approximately 20km from Ibiza town. Es Figueral is one of the quietest resorts in Ibiza. The villa is approximately 150 metres from the nearest resort and 200 metres from a choice of two beaches, with beautiful, shallow, blue, clear waters and a fine sandy beach backed by rocky terrain. 2km from the villa is the sleepy Ibizan village of San Carlos. This white washed village was once a gathering place for the hippies of the sixties.

“lovely villa with wonderful garden and pool”

very easy to find, looks as if it is alone but very near the beach, bars and cafes, also a bus stop near by, the owner says a car essential but I fell it is very easy to manage without one as the bus stop and also boats to other beaches are so near, it is in a beautiful spot with lovely garden and a large pool, there is plenty of shade if needed and the kitchen is well equipped, the photos do not do it justice.
