'La Brisa' is a well-maintained & continually updated 2003 Bavaria 44ft sailing yacht with her own walk-on pontoon berth in Sant Antoni marina, within easy strolling distance to cocktails at Cafe del Mar and dinner at one of the many restaurants ashore.

Outside there's a large cockpit, with sunshade and folding central table for meals and drinks alfresco.

All the bars and restaurants of San Antonio are on your doorstep, so you won't nmeed a car or taxis getting around town. For further afield, you'll have wind-power as your means of transport as you discover Ibiza & Formentera away from the crowds and traffic-jams of high season and arrive to the beaches by style aboard your own yacht

Interaction with guest

You will be met by Zak or Marina, the local couple who manage La Brisa - they will show you to and around the yacht and answer any questions you may have. Unless you arrive late, the first day is the the best day to shop for all the food and drinks you'll need for your trip and get aquatinted with living aboard. The following day, the skipper will join you and together you'll decide on where you would like to visit during your stay Then you'll be off - sailing away to discover the beautiful white isle from her stunning turquoise sea...

Enjoy chatting over sun-downers in the marina, but please remember noise travels over water so please keep the noise down 11pm-8am
Smoking is allowed above deck only - never inside the boat.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
