The sweetest little house in Italy| Tucked away 2km outside the perfect hilltown of Sant Angelo in Pontano Casa Roverella is the ultimate hidaway. The house has a private swimming pool, two terraces (one for breakfast, one for lunch!) a well equipped kitchen, great living room, double bedroom and a twin bedroom that can be made up as a double is preferred. There is a shower room between the two bedrooms.

We supply all towels and linens and there are no extra charges.

    Very comfortable, clean house with good amenities. Very quiet. Access road not ideal for low wheel based cars. Owner very helpful.

    Thank you for your kind words; we love to hear that our guests have enjoyed it; definitely the house for peace and quiet...not for the low slung sports cat though, it's just that last 10m that is really steep...but short of moving mountains that is out of our control! Fine with the average hire car though.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
