This spacious, fully renovated villa is the perfect base to explore the beauty of the Amalfi Coast while enjoying a fun, relaxing holiday and living La Dolce Vita in the sunshine of Southern Italy!

Set in expansive gardens high in the tranquil hills of the Sorrento Peninsula and surrounded by rolling greenery, the lovely villa has large outdoor terraces and a beautifully landscaped private pool, and enjoys incredible views over the Mediterranean sea and rugged Amalfi coastline.

The villa has two bright floors, each with panoramic terrace.

The ground floor is comprised of an entrance hall, a sitting room/lounge area, plus a large, eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, and dining table. French doors lead directly onto the terrace, where the outdoor furniture and BBQ makes for easy al-fresco dining in the warm summer air. 

In addition, this floor has two large bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with twin/double bed), each with air conditioning and french doors accessing the scenic wrap-around terrace. One has an ensuite bathroom with shower, and there is also a family bathroom with bath-tub and overhead shower.

Two further air-conditioned bedrooms are on the bright second floor; one has twin or double beds, while the other bedroom is a large double room. There is a bathroom with a small shower, and a well-equipped kitchenette, saving the need to go downstairs. The second floor's outdoor terrace has unobstructed views over the gardens and the pool area, and the Mediterranean sea beyond - a great place to relax and read as the sun sets over the surrounding olive groves. There is a cosy reading nook on the second floor landing.

The ample space indoors is matched by vast private outdoor areas, where you can laze in a comfortable lounger and parasol surrounded by flat lawns, and soak up the unforgettable views from the 9x5m private pool. Idyllic tranquility or fun-filled adventure - the choice is yours!

Guests will have full, private and exclusive access to the villa, pool and surrounding gardens. Entry is via a security gate, and the sweeping driveway leads to plentiful on-site parking, with level-access to the villa.

Please note that from 1 April to 31 October, the local council has instituted a mandatory tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day on all non-residents over the age of 18. This tourist tax must be added to the total amount of your stay, and needs to be paid in cash on arrival.

Heating fee (only during cold months, if heating is required): €2 per hour.

Linen and towels are included in your stay. If you would like a cleaner/maid service or in-house catering, please enquire for details on fees.

Smoking is only allowed on the outside terraces (no smoking indoors). Pets are not allowed.

Please note that while the property is fenced and gated, the neighbours have very curious dogs who might come to say hello if gates are left open. They also take great delight in barking at the car as you drive past them as you exit. This is only worth noting if you are particularly fearful of dogs.

The closest village is Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi. The villa is about 20 minutes outside of Sorrento, in the beautiful hills.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
