Tas summiena is a typical gozitana farmhouse with a unique style of character, composed in two levels, on the first floor there is the entrance with a large living room and a large kitchen where to dine in the family. Always downstairs there is a room suitable for two people with their own private bathroom. Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms with their own private bathroom. there is also a beautiful terrace overlooking the city and pool view, the pool is also suitable for children, to play and have fun having a low level part for them. The house is perfect for families and groups of 7 but with on request extra beds we can get to 10 people comfortably.

Gozo is a half suitable for both families and groups. Families can relax in this charming, quiet island full of cutura, visit the famous cave cave, the many churches, the much visited Citadel and lots of other places. For groups there are dives, many tourists every year come to gozo to do beautiful dives, but also excursions.

To move you can use public transport under the farmhouse there is the bus stop or otherwise rent cars at very affordable cost. just a short distance from the property you will find the bus you want to move more easily you can otherwise rent a car. in the villa you will find all the information if you need a taxi or a car to rent and much more

“Nice farmhouse & lovely owners”

Farmhouse was big and the owners Nice people. There was a thunderstorm there & there was a bad leak in the downstairs bedroom, were water poured through onto my the bedside drawers & on my phone. Luckily it didn't break & I did inform the owners so hopefully they will fix this. Did is not too good but so I would inform your phone provider before going here so you have mobile data as mine wouldn't work there. Apart from that we had no other problems there and it is a lovely place to stay in. Only negative is there's not much around it. You have to get the bus anywhere but once you find your way it's not too bad. I would recommend buying a wkly bus pass for €21. Bus is €2 each singke trip. Taxis are minimum €15. Victoria is a bit more livlier. St.pauls bay is a nice day out, and also Valetta but that is close to the airport but definitely worth a visit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
