Magnífico apartamento de dos dormitorios. Situado a 100 m de la playa, con piscina de diseño, pista de tenis, jardines, ascensor, terraza, conserje... Baño y cocina completamente equipada, salón comedor y terraza con mesita de mármol y cuatro sillones.

La terraza tiene orientación sureste, por lo que se puede disfrutar las tardes y las noches de verano. Es muy fresquita debido a su buena orientación y a que da a la zona de césped. Desde ella se ve la piscina y la pista de tenis, de acceso gratuito.

La urbanización es muy tranquila, está en la misma playa y a diez minutos a pie del centro de Sanlúcar. Cerca de supermercado, bares, pizzerías, cafeterías, videoclub, farmacia... El conjunto residencial tiene amplias zonas de césped y desde ella se accede directamente a la playa que está a 3 minutos andando.

Además dando un paseo llegamos al centro de Sanlúcar, que está a unos 10 minutos caminando.

El apartamento es perfecto tanto para parejas como para familias con niños, que disfrutarán muchísimo de la piscina y de las amplias zonas verdes.

Sanlúcar de Barrameda tiene fama por sus apreciados vinos (la manzanilla de Sanlúcar), por sus excelentes pescados y mariscos (sobre todo los langostinos) y por sus carreras de caballos en la playa, que se celebran en agosto, por la tarde, con la marea baja. Es un espectáculo fantástico, que nadie debería perderse.

Sanlucar está cerca de Jerez, Chipiona, Rota, Puerto Sta. María y Cádiz. Su clima es ideal: invierno suave y verano fresco. . . . .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Consuelo (the owner) a message.

If Consuelo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
