An amazing 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroom duplex town house, with all the facilities and more you for your perfect break in the sun with the family.

The property comes with private underground parking, communal swimming pool (check with us for pool opening dates) and free WI-FI. The communal pool and garden are available for your use within the gated community area. The entrance to the rental house is located on the street (Cuesta de Capuchinos) and the two entrances to the community are 10 metres from the front door of your rental house.

The lounge has air conditioning comfortable sofas, TV and DVD.

The open plan fully fitted kitchen with a 90cm oven, the dining room is ideal for a family. The dining room also has air conditioning.

The master bedroom has a 1.8m by 2m bed and a built-in wardrobe it to also benefits from air conditioning.

The second bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobe.

The first bathroom with walk-in shower is located on the ground floor and the second bathroom is located on the first floor with the three bedrooms. This bathroom comes with full size bath and shower attachment.

The second floor has the washing machine and access to the private terrace which comes complete with outside seating, table, sun loungers and BBQ.

The communal pool and garden are available for your full use.

A private parking space is available in the underground car park. Smoking is allowed on the private roof terrace and private kitchen patio, not inside the property.

Within 100m there are several small food shops, a pharmacy, fish mongers and an excellent butchers for all your meats, pre-cooked food, cheese and charcuterie. Around 400m there are a variety of shops including a Mercadona supermarket, BBQ spit roast chicken take away shop, bakers and many cafeterias. The famous Bajo de Guia is about 20 min walk along the promenade and Plaza Cabildo is only 8 minutes walk with all its well known tapas bars. The beach is only 500m away from the property.

We also have two other properties available in this urbanisation, so if you group size is larger we still may be able to accommodate you.

House rules

Respect neighbours & the property leave it as you entered clean and tidy. No pets, parties, loud music & remove all rubbish. Arrival is after 3pm & departure is 10am if guests depart/arrive on the same day. Pool is closed between 16h-18h. No smoking in the house, use the terrace/ kitchen patio. Reservations are restricted to the number of guests mentioned in the booking. Each person 16 years or older must present passports/valid ID. For arrival before 8am or after 11pm contact me.
