'Welcome to Sanlucar de Barrameda !! Our apartment has registration number Apartment Turistico purposes by the Junta de Andalucía. VFT / CA / 04 This wonderful, cozy, quiet and bright apartment is situated in the heart of Sanlúcar A 600M FROM THE BEACH. Located in the Historic Center in Antigua casa de contratación the seventeenth century, it has been renovated in 1998, overlooking the garden Media Sidonia Palace. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room with balcony, kitchen and a garage. Access to the apartment you can do through the front door or the garage, connected to the elevator control key. The apartment consists of: Wifi Air conditioning / heating, Radiators. Seating area with sofa, furniture, TV library, dining table with chairs, it has a balcony overlooking the palace garden. Getting around

Being in the center of Sanlucar, we have all the old town, wineries, bars, beaches within 5 -10 minutes walk. You do not need to use the car. Sanlucar has a good bus service that connects you with all the province of Cadiz and Seville.
