Lea by the Sea is a luxurious 5 BEDROOM beach house with its own private beach and large panoramic windows overlooking San Carlos Bay . The house was completely remodeled in 2010. It has flat screen televisions in all bedrooms and a 48 inch tv in the great room. It has internet wifi throughout the house. It has a large heated pool and jacuzzi. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and private balconies. It has an elevator/lift to all 3 floors. The huge living room , dining room ,kitchen area has floor to ceiling ,wall to wall windows with panoramic views over the water. The sense you get from the house is a light, bright, airy, open and casual feeling. It is situated in an upscale area and just a 5 minute walk from Sanibel Yacht Club where you can hire a boat or enjoy a meal at Grandma Dots . There are several restaurants within easy walking distance.

RENTAL PROCEDURE . All rates are plus 11% tax .One third booking deposit , balance due 3 months prior to arrival. There's a $500 damage deposit , refunded within a week of departure . Change over day is Saturday.Check in is 4pm , check out is 11am. Your pet is welcome, there is no extra fee.

The Southwest Gulf Coast region

Sanibel is perfect for sun holidays all year round as it is situated in Southwest Florida. . The island is narrow with the Gulf on one side and the bay on the other side. Sanibel is an upscale destination and forbids the big names like McDonalds, Walmart, Pizza Hut and other multiples that you find throughout the states so most of the shops and restaurants are owner run giving a very low key, easy going, personal and friendly atmosphere to the island. There are cycle lanes everywhere. Crime does not exist .A great place for kids.

Sanibel Island

Sanibel Island is joined to the mainland by a 5 km bridge. Over half the island is a nature reserve and you can cycle, drive or canoe through most of it. There are 3 beautiful golf courses on the island The Dunes ,The Sanctuary and Beach View .The famous Florida Everglades are just an hour away!
