The apartment on the ground floor of our Villa. Inspirational for writing or painting.

Yet close enough to the hotspots and coastal resorts and beaches.

Fresh linen and towels are provided each week. But we do ask you to provide your own Beach/Pool towels

For Plastic Bottles, Glass, Tins, cartons, paper there are recycle bins at the entrance to the Urbanisation
Please close the parasols down when you go out.

Cadre magnifique et appartement totalement conforme à l'annonce. Tout est très propre et bien emménagé pour y passer d'excellentes vacances. Les propriétaires :Ross et Eileen sont absolument adorables et très attentionnés. Ne pas hésiter !!!! Réservez !!!!!

“Perfect location for a relaxing break”

It was great to come back to this beautiful place to recharge our batteries and soak up the sunshine again. Ross and Eileen have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. The apartment is well equipped and provides a lovely cool retreat when the sun gets too hot. Eileen has even put up a few of her expressive paintings for guests to enjoy. Ross is always on hand for any advice about where to go for the perfect meal or for an interesting day out. As for the pool, it is blissful and a night dip is ideal to cool you down before bedtime! It was lovely being able to have a simple barbecue in the evenings and then enjoy it in the shade of the naya. The location is great being close to beaches, good restaurants, beautiful countryside with picture-perfect villages and yet close enough to Valencia, with all its fabulous architecture. As a nature lover, I spent several happy hours in the rice fields of Pego marshes watching egrets, herons, stilts and hoopoes. We hope to come back again soon!

“Great place for a relaxing break”

The apartment really suited our needs as it was far enough out of town to be quiet when we wanted to relax, but close to a number of good towns when we wanted to eat out (Denia and Javea were our favourites). The owners provided a useful welcome pack and lots of information on the area, and we loved the layout of the apartment with its great pool, covered naya and barbecue area. Be warned - it is on a steep hill so engage low gear on the car. On the plus side we didn't see a single mosquito so maybe they're not keen on the altitude!! Good storage throughout the apartment and a well-equipped kitchen,

Owner's reply: The Hill is quite steep, but many people do walk down and up again, even in Summer.

This was my second visit to this apartment in Montesano and I have had a fabulous time both visits. Ross and Eileen are very welcoming and are on hand with any advice needed on what to do or where to go. The views from the apartment are stunning. Many a morning was spent enjoying the views sat having a coffee by the pool. It is an extremely peaceful setting and is a perfect escape for a relaxing holiday. The apartment was spotless on both occasions and the kitchen area is more than adequate for self catering. Everything you need is provided. I can't wait to book again.

“Great Holiday”

We had a fantastic holiday at this villa. It was very clean and we loved the outside space and the pool. The outside kitchen was great fun and well equiped. Ross was superb and kept the pool immaculate, listen to his advise and you will have a fantastic time, he is wealth of knowledge on the area.A trip to Valencia is recommended and if you have kids Terra Mitia and the Benidorm Water park are easily reached. I would recommend buying your tickets online for these as I found it cheaper.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Eileen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
