One of the best apartments in the 50's and over 50's complex You must be 50 or over 50 to stay , No Children allowed , for those who like a bit of luxury. Price includes a welcome pack consisting of. coffee, ,tea, milk, a loaf, cheese ,small pack of ham, butter spread, 6 eggs, a bottle of water, a bottle of wine. There are no hidden additional fees applied to this apartment. This property has a beautiful spacious private double terrace. This beautiful apartment consists of a lounge with two sofas, Sky TV, air conditioning and a tiled floor. Attractive dining room, fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, microwave and fridge, a large American style fridge/freezer is also available in the back room of the apartment.

There is a lovely main bedroom, fully carpeted, with king size bed and air conditioning. A second bedroom, leading from the main bedroom has a double sofa bed which converts in three easy movements if any one wishes to use the second bedroom there will be an additional small charge it also has fitted wardrobes and a large dresser and is fully carpeted. The bathroom is quite luxurious with a walk in shower, toilet and wash basin with marble surround. Please note that this apartment is only for two persons to stay. No BBQ is allowed on the Balconies , The rental cost of this property applied is same throughout the year. Please note that this Apartment is only for the over 50's or over.A 50% deposit ( non refundable ) is required when booking.

I will be sending a booking contract as soon as the booking is paid in full and I expect a signed copy from the guest as soon as they receive it and posting back to me. If the guest has any issues with the contract they can call me or email me.Also copy of passports and Vaccine is required on arrival this is for security reasons so the management knows who is in the building .

A 50% deposit (non refundable) is required when booking. Full balance required 1 month prior to stay. In addition a deposit of £200 pounds will be required when booking to be held by the owner for any damage which occurs during your stay . The £200 pounds can be paid with the Final payment of your stay.This will be return to you with in ten days of your departure .This Property is available for the over 50's only . This apartment is for two people only to stay .

There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer within the complex for which tokens can be purchased .There is no direct lift access ,but the lift can be taken to the 2nd floor and a short flight of stairs lead to this floor and the apartment ,

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mr and Mrs (the owner) a message.

If Mr and Mrs (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
